These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings and services provided by Art Apartments Hamburg. By making a reservation, you agree to these terms and conditions.

The contract between Art Apartments Hamburg and the guest is concluded upon confirmation of the reservation, either in writing, by email, or verbally.

3. Prices and Payment
All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. The total price is payable at the time of booking, or according to the agreed payment terms. Accepted methods of payment include credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal.

4. Cancellation Policy

Flexible Rate: Cancellations are possible free of charge up to 5 days before arrival. If cancelled later, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Non-Refundable Rate: No cancellation is possible. In case of cancellation, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.

5. Check-in/Check-out
