General Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all bookings and services provided by Art Apartments Hamburg. By making a booking, you agree to these GTC.
2. Conclusion of Contract
The contract between Art Apartments Hamburg and the guest is concluded upon confirmation of the booking, whether in writing, by email, or verbally.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in Euro (€) and include the applicable statutory VAT, unless otherwise indicated. The total amount is due at the time of booking or in accordance with the agreed payment terms. Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal.
Art Apartments Hamburg is entitled to charge the total booking amount to the provided payment method no later than 24 hours prior to arrival, if payment has not been made by that time. The guest is obliged to provide a valid payment method and ensure sufficient funds are available.
4. Cancellation Policy
Flexible Rate:
Free cancellation is possible up to 5 days prior to arrival. In case of later cancellation, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Non-refundable Rate:
Free cancellation is not possible. In case of cancellation, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
5. Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.
- Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and upon request.
6. Liability and Damages
Guests are responsible for their behavior during their stay and must ensure that they and their accompanying persons do not disturb other guests. Guests are liable for any damage to the accommodation, furniture, or facilities caused during their stay.
7. House Rules
Guests are required to comply with the house rules during their stay. This includes, among other things, respecting quiet hours, not smoking in the apartments, and bringing pets only with prior approval.
8. Force Majeure
Art Apartments Hamburg shall not be liable for failure to fulfill its obligations under these GTC if such failure is due to circumstances of force majeure, such as natural disasters, strikes, or official measures.
9. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Further information can be found in our privacy policy.
10. Final Provisions
German law shall apply. Should any provision of these GTC be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
